The “L”-line has a complete stainless structure of a personalized and actual line so that it becomes unique in its kind.
The spiral, the bowl and the dough breaker are in stainless steel (AISI 304). The spiral shape and the width of the curls allow the realization of well mixed and high quality dough.
It is equipped with all the active and passive securities which apply to the laws in force. The bowl lid is realized in under heat shaped PLX for cooking use.
The power supply may be single phase 230 Volts, three-phase 230/400 Volts and three-phase 230/400 Volts with 2 speeds (anyways special voltages are available on request). All the “L”-line machines are equipped with an electro mechanical Timer and 4 wheels (2 with brakes). 24 Volt low-tension controls.
